In tears
"There doesn't seem to be any damage to the knee's structure," said club doctor Adolfo Muñoz, allaying fears that the 27-year-old Uruguayan had suffered a more significant injury. Chevantón, who left the field in tears on a stretcher, will undergo further tests this week before being given a prognosis which will determine whether he can feature in next month's UEFA Champions League first knockout round tie against Fenerbahçe SK.
