The former AC Milan, Parma AC and AC Perugia player has signed a one-year extension. With Giunti's new deal, Besiktas have made sure of a strong attacking presence for their forthcoming UEFA Champions League challenge. They have also signed midfielders Okan Koç and Ahmed Hassan along with striker Sinan Kaloglu for next season.
