'Great team spirit'
The 24-year-old had 12 months left on his previous deal and was delighted to sign new terms with the English Premiership team. The homegrown player said: "I have grown up watching Everton and playing for Everton but a big factor was the great team spirit among the players. We give everything every game. The players will do anything for you and that is something special."

First choice
Hibbert, who played 36 league games as Everton finished fourth in the 2004/05 Premiership, has been the Liverpool-based side's first-choice right-back for the last three seasons.
