Åge Hareide has named Martin Andresen and John Carew in his Norway squad for the games against Turkey and Malta which will decide their UEFA EURO 2008™ destiny.

'Turkey need to beat us'
Captain Andresen is picked despite being likely to miss the games, against Turkey in Oslo on 17 November and away against Malta four days later, with a knee injury. "There is a slender hope that Martin will make it," said Hareide, who is keen for Carew to make his mark, saying: "He hasn't had a lot of match practice but I expect him to be at his best." The coach added: "Turkey need to beat us. Some weeks ago, I had feared that we would have to beat them to have any chance of reaching the finals. The team I will send out against Turkey will bear a strong resemblance to the side that beat Hungary [4-0] in June. I see this as a big advantage." Norway are second in Group C, two points clear of third-placed Turkey.
