Netherlands face Finland and Poland play Croatia in April to decide the last European qualifiers.

Netherlands face Finland and Poland play Croatia after FIFA Futsal World Cup elite round play-off draw set the two-legged ties, played between 12 and 17 April, that will decide the last European qualifiers for the finals from 14 September to 6 October in Uzbekistan.

Europe has seven berths in the finals, and five have already been filled by the five elite round group stage winners: France, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Spain and Ukraine.

Two places will be decided by the play-offs, which involve the four best runners-up from the elite round.

Play-off ties were determined by means of an open draw from one single pot. The draw consistde of drawing the two ties, one after the other. The team drawn first in each tie plays the first leg at home.
