UEFA Regions' Cup Group B will be decided on the final day after Selección Catalana and Yugoiztochen Region shared four goals in Este.

With seven changes to the team which defeated Isloch in their opening match, Selección Catalana took a gamble against the Bulgarian side, who had drawn their opening match. Josep Caballe gave Selección Catalana the lead in the 11th minute, but Hristo Bangeev levelled ten minutes before the interval. It took a second goal of the finals from Oscar Muñoz, on as a substitute, to salvage a draw after Stanimir Dimitrov gave Yugoiztochen Region the lead from the penalty spot.

Selección Catalana started strongly, Caballe on hand to tuck the ball in after Guillem Cornella's effort was blocked, and both had further efforts kept out before Antonio Dominguez's header was cleared off the line by Angel Delchev. Yugoiztochen Region responded, with Teodor Stefanov leading their charge. He had two long-range shots in quick succession pushed away by Carlos Miguel and five minutes later his low cross was side-footed into the bottom left corner by Bangeev.

Xabier Puerto and Boris Garros spurned good opportunities in the second half as Selección Catalana again took the initiative before Yugoiztochen Region grabbed the lead from the penalty spot through Dimitrov after Bangeev was fouled by Joel Marin. Muñoz swiftly responded, though, freeing the ball from between his legs to poke in from Javier Leon's pass. Selección Catalana pushed for a winner, but both sides' destiny now hinges on the final group matches on Thursday.
