The draw for the 2025 final tournament of the UEFA Regions' Cup, conducted by tournament ambassador Massimo Bonini, took place on Thursday 6 March from San Marino Stadium in Serravalle.
The final tournament will be an eight-team competition held in San Marino from 23 June to 1 July.
The contenders were split into two groups of four, with no restriction other than hosts San Marino being placed in position 1 of Group A. Group games will be played on 23, 25 and 28 June. The two group winners will contest the final on 1 July.
