Versatile performer
The 24-year-old had been in talks with Madrid for three months, with both sides eager to reach a resolution as Bravo would have been out of contract in June. A Spanish international who can play at left-back or in the centre, Raúl Bravo has made 63 league appearances for Madrid since his debut in the 2001/02 season. Although a loyal servant for the Merengues, he spent six months on loan at Leeds United AFC in England in 2003/04.
