Despite only being in its third season, the UEFA Europa Conference League has emerged as one of the most exciting competitions for fans across Europe. The final is fast approaching, where Olympiacos and Fiorentina will battle it out to discover who will lift the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy in Athens, the ancient home of competitive sport.

This season, we have been inviting fans to Make It Yours as we bring you the stories behind football's most inclusive competition. The UEFA Europa Conference League lets fans and clubs come to the fore on a continental stage, standing for inclusivity, optimism and opportunity, giving fans and clubs a unique action-packed journey together.

This season, clubs from 28 national associations have fought to keep their Europa Conference League journey alive all the way to the final in Athens and write their name in European club football history.

On 29 May 2024, we will see Olympiacos battle for their first European trophy in their native Greece after defeating Aston Villa 6-2 on aggregate in the semi-finals. They will face Italian side Fiorentina, who lost out to West Ham in the 2023 final and will be seeking to rewrite their story and turn that fortune on its head this year.

This season, we have seen 140 matches and 54 teams eliminated as new heroes emerged, promising talents made their mark and fans from across the continent took on a remarkable new adventure. Now only two teams remain as they face off in the final on 29 May.
