Chelsea welcome Djurgården to Stamford Bridge for the second leg of their UEFA Conference League semi-final holding a dominant 4-1 lead from the first leg in Stockholm.
The two-time UEFA Champions League winners scored twice in each half in Sweden as they recorded a convincing victory against their hosts, who are appearing in their maiden European semi-final.
Jadon Sancho opened the scoring in the 12th minute before Noni Madueke made it two two minutes before half-time. Nicolas Jackson came off the bench at half-time and scored twice (59, 65) to give the away side a four-goal lead, although 18-year-old Djurgården substitute Isak Alemayehu Mulugeta had the last word with a header three minutes later.
That was a first meeting between the sides in UEFA competition and Djurgården's first game against an English club.
