Voting has closed for the naming of the UEFA EURO 2012 mascots, which will be announced in Kyiv and Warsaw on Saturday.
For the last fortnight, football fans have been selecting their favourite set of names, choosing from Slavek & Slavko, Siemko & Strimko and Klemek & Ladko. Thousands voted via UEFA.com, with many more having their say in Poland and Ukraine, either in branches of McDonald's or during a whistle-stop tour that has taken the mascots to all eight host cities.
On Saturday the results will be revealed in ceremonies in Kyiv and Warsaw, before the newly named pair switch on the Christmas lights in the Polish capital.
