The 24-year-old Brazilian defender Cribari had been with Empoli for six seasons, while the 27-year-old right-back Belleri played 156 league games after joining the club from AC Lumezzane in 1999.

Also moving to Udinese is Modena FC's 24-year-old midfield player Stefano Mauri, who spent last term on loan at Brescia Calcio. Ghanaian forward Gyan Asamoah, 18, heads in the opposite direction.
