Dinamo rescale Russian futsal summit

UEFA Futsal Cup final four contenders MFK Dinamo Moskva moved to the top of the Russian Super League this weekend ahead of Saturday's draw in Murcia.

UEFA Futsal Cup final four contenders MFK Dinamo Moskva moved to the top of the Russian Super League this weekend thanks to two victories at MFK Norilsky Nikel.

Dinamo double
Dinamo, bidding for a fifth straight title, have trailed MFK VIZ-Sinara Ekaterinburg and MFK Spartak Shelkovo for much of the season, but they moved into second place last month with two wins against Shelkovo. This weekend they took top spot from VIZ-Sinara as Dinamo won 1-0 and 4-3 at coach Yuri Rudnev's former club Norilsky and the previous leaders picked up only one point in two matches at Shelkovo.

Final four draw
The champions now lead VIZ-Sinara by two points with two games in hand, and look in good form as they prepare to find out their UEFA Futsal Cup semi-final opponents on Saturday when the draw is made in Murcia, where the tournament will be played from 26-28 April. Hosts El Pozo Murcia FS and holders Boomerang Interviú will play a Spanish league match at 15.00 CET before the draw, with the teams currently level on points at the top of their domestic competition. Action 21 Charleroi of Belgum make up the final four.
