Experienced names for final

The referees have been chosen for the 2004 UEFA Futsal Cup final between Boomerang Interviú FS and SL Benfica.

Italy and Belgium
An Italian trio, led by Massimo Cumbo, will be in charge for the first leg in Madrid on 24 April, while Patrick Willemarck will head the Belgian threesome who will officiate in the return leg in Lisbon on 1 May. Carlo Di Marco and Giuseppe Buluggiu will assist Cumbo, while Christian Hauben and François Paenen will support Willemarck.

Plenty of experience
Cumbo, 37, and Willemarck, 44, are highly experienced officials who are in their seventh and eighth year as Futsal referees respectively. Both have refereed major UEFA finals, with Cumbo’s first big honour coming in the 2002 Futsal Cup final, while Willemarck took charge at the 2001 UEFA European Futsal Championship.
