Some of the biggest names in football such as Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Cesc Fàbregas have played at the UEFA European Under-17 Championship and with the 2009/10 Elite round running from 17 March to 1 April, now you can win balls signed by last year's finalists.

Germany beat the Netherlands 2-1 in Magdeburg last May in front of a competition record 24,000 fans. Of the players that took part in that match, Germany's Mario Götze has been making substitute appearances for BV Borussia Dortmund while Netherlands goalscorer Luc Castaignos has already broken through into Feyenoord's first team and coach Mario Been has identified him as a candidate to take the place of Roy Makaay next season.

To win, answer the question below; after the deadline the first name drawn out of the hat will win an adidas TerraPass ball signed by the victorious Germany squad; the second a ball signed by the Netherlands players; and the third a ball with the UEFA/RESPECT logo.

Here is the question:
Which nation won the U17 title in 2007 and 2008?
