The full draw for the qualifying round of the 2002/03 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

The draw for the first qualifying round of the 2002/03 UEFA European Under-19 Championship has taken place in Porto.

Automatic qualifiers
The top-six ranked countries in Europe according to performances in the last three tournaments (Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Austria and Greece) have qualified directly for the second qualifying round and are therefore not competing in the first qualifying round. Additionally, Liechtenstein, who will host the final stage of the tournament in July 2003, have qualified automatically and will not need to take part in any qualification stages.
