Group A will be based in three venues near Lausanne with Group B situated in two venues around Lucerne. The 15 matches in the tournament will be spread over a period of 12 days, with the final taking place in Nyon on 24 July.
Second qualifying round
The seven other finalists will be known at the end of May when the second qualifying round has concluded.
