England celebrated their qualification for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship finals in Northern Ireland with their third Elite round Group 1 triumph by a 1-0 scoreline.

Having previously seen off Denmark and Sweden to book their passage across the Irish Sea in from 18-29 July, Martin Hunter's side did enough for a third win when midway through the first half Ryan Jarvis was brought down by Alexandu Epureanu and Grant Leadbitter converted from the spot.
June draw
Moldova ended the group bottom on goal difference behind Denmark, against whom they secured their only point, while England can look forward to the draw in Belfast on 3 June, returning to the U19 finals after a rare absence last season.
