AC Siena forward Forestieri, who opted for Italy ahead of his native Argentina, played 17 Serie A matches this season, scoring against FC Internazionale Milano, and sealed the win in Martigny with 14 minutes left. On Wednesday Italy take Switzerland in Sion, the mini-tournament hosts having lost 3-2 today to Sweden's next opponents in Saviese, France.
