France have called goalkeeper Franck L'Hostis into their UEFA European Under-19 Championship squad after first-choice Abdoulaye Keita was ruled out of the rest of the tournament with a dislocated shoulder.
Training injury
FC Girondins de Bordeaux goalkeeper Keita was part of the side that kicked off their Group B challenge with a 1-1 draw against Serbia in Mariupol on Monday, but will now miss the remainder of the finals in Ukraine having damaged his left shoulder in training. The 18-year-old will be replaced by AS Monaco's L'Hostis, 19, who will compete with Rémi Pillot of AS Nancy-Lorraine to play in the remaining two Group B games, against Turkey on Friday and Spain three days later.
