The Stade Michel d'Ornano in Caen is home to SM Caen and will stage three matches in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship, including the final on 30 July.

Opened: June 1993

• Built in 1993 to replacing the existing Stade de Venoix, which had been home to Caen since 1925.

• The new ground was named after Michel d'Ornano, a former president of the Basse-Normandie region and French government minister, who died in March 1991, the year building work on the stadium started.

• The senior France team have played there twice, beating Russia 3-1 in July 1993 and Israel 2-0 in November 1995.
