Denmark advance with perfect Portugal

Portugal finished top of qualifying round Group 7 after prevailing in the matchday three summit meeting with Denmark to decide who progressed as section winners.

• With both teams already through, hosts Portugal beat Denmark 2-1 on matchday three to top Group 7.
• Rezan Corlu cancelled out Gonçalo Guedes's free-kick before Diogo Silva scored on the counter.
• Wales gained first points thanks to a 2-1 victory over Albania, who had two players sent off late on.
• Denmark and Portugal won their first two matches to qualify with a game to spare.
• Portugal, the 2014 runners-up, defeated Wales 2-1 and Albania 4-1.
• Denmark kept clean sheets in overcoming Albania and Wales.
