The 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament draw has been made at Football House the headquarters of the Romanian Football Federation (FRF), by tournament ambassador, Romanian international defender Alexandru Pașcanu.
Hosts Romania have been placed in Group A with holders Spain, Denmark, and Montenegro, taking part in their first UEFA final tournament at any level. Former champions Germany and England meet Norway and the Netherlands in Group B.
U19 final tournament groups
Group A: Romania (hosts), Denmark, Spain (holders), Montenegro
Group B: Germany, Norway, England, Netherlands
Romania and the seven elite round winners were split into two groups of four. There was no seeding, although the hosts were automatically placed as team 1 in Group A.
The group stage runs from 13 to 20 June. The top two in each group will progress to the semi-finals on 23 June with the final at Giulesti Stadium, Bucharest three days later.
