We want you to feel safe during Women's EURO so you can enjoy your tournament experience to the max even when high temperatures hit!
☀️ Weather forecast
Keep checking the MeteoSwiss website for the forecast of your matchday and for potential heat warnings:
Here's our guide with the most important tips to help you stay refreshed at the stadiums, the Fan Zones and all across Switzerland.
⚽ At the tournament
When you're out and about in the Host City, the Fan Zones or watching a match at the stadium, try to:

👒 Wear a hat and sunscreen - you can bring sunscreen in soft plastic travel-size bottles (50ml maximum) into the stadium. Please note that sun umbrellas may not be used in the stands.
🫗 Drink plenty of water - see our tips below!
🆘 If you feel unwell - speak to a steward or one of our volunteers for help.
💧 Tap water
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things to do during periods of hot weather. Luckily in Switzerland access to fresh water is easy:
🚰 Tap water in Switzerland is safe to drink.

🏟️ At the stadiums, simply refill your cups anytime with fresh drinking water from the stadium bathrooms (it's safe to drink!).
💡 Further recommendations

3️⃣ Drink plenty, eat light
