Estonia will stage the 2023 UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship finals from 14 to 25 May. The hosts will be joined by seven teams who progressed from Round 2 of qualifying in March, with the draw at 09:00 CET on 13 April at Lilleküla Stadium, Tallinn splitting the contenders into two groups of four, with the top two in each progressing to the semi-finals.

Lilleküla Stadium also staged matches at 2012 U19 EURO (including both semis and the final), with the capital's Kadriorg Stadium a venue for group games 11 years ago.
