One step closer to Hungary

The composition of the UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship second qualifying round is now known after 26 teams advanced to join Germany and Norway at that stage.

Held in Hungary
Forty nations were divided into ten groups of four teams for the first qualifying round. The group winners, runners-up and the six best third-placed progressed. Germany and Norway, the two highest-ranked teams, were given a bye along with tournament hosts Hungary.
