Top scorer in qualifying, Germany striker Kim Kulig will hope to pick up where she left off at France's UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship finals.

Senior call-up
The VfL Sindelfingen forward registered eleven goals during the holders' comfortable campaign, including a hat-trick against the Czech Republic in their opening fixture and four more versus Russia in April. Only Hungary managed to keep Kulig at bay in Germany's final outing, as the 18-year-old demonstrated the sort of form that earned her a senior international call-up in May. She will have to score seven times in France to eclipse Elena Danilova's season haul of 2005/06. Perhaps more immediate is the threat of Spain's Patricia Martínez, who hit nine goals in qualifying.
