The UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship round 2 draw has set the groups for both leagues.
The draw was made by Azzurra Gallo, captain of Italy in the 2025 final tournament, who received the Respect Fair Play trophy on behalf of her team.
2025/26 Women's U19 EURO round 2 draw: League A
Group A1: England, Switzerland, Wales, Latvia
Group A2: Poland, Greece, Belgium, Romania
Group A3: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Serbia
Group A4: Norway, Scotland, Austria, North Macedonia
Group A5: Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Ukraine
Group A6: France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia
Group A7: Spain (holders), Portugal, Northern Ireland, Hungary
Mini-tournament dates/hosts tbc
The seven group winners join hosts Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final tournament.
The seven teams placed fourth in their group in League A will be relegated to League B for round 1 of the next edition.

Group B1: Estonia, Slovenia, Cyprus, San Marino
Group B2: Kosovo, Faroe Islands, Lithuania, Moldova
Group B3: Bulgaria, Israel, Malta, Kazakhstan
Group B4: Belarus, Luxembourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina (finals hosts), Armenia
Group B5: Türkiye, Montenegro, Albania, Liechtenstein

The six group winners and the best runner-up from League B will be promoted to League A for round 1 of the next edition.
The teams are split into two leagues as set by round 1. The groups are played as single-venue mini-tournaments in the periods from 25 February to 7 March or 8 to 18 April and will decide the seven teams that will join hosts Bosnia and Herzegovina in the finals from 27 June to 10 July, as well as promotion and relegation between the leagues.
Each group will be a mini-tournament in one of the competing countries, still to be confirmed. Bosnia and Herzegovina will take part even though their finals place is already assured as hosts.

52 UEFA member associations are participating in the competition, which is split into two rounds (round 1 and round 2).
Round 1 took place between October and early December 2025. At the end of round 1, the fourth-placed teams in League A were relegated and the group winners plus the best runner-up in League B were promoted.
Pot allocation
League A
Based on the 2025/26 European Women's U19 round 1 results, the 28 teams allocated to League A were divided into four draw pots as follows:
Pot 1 (Ranked 1st to 7th): Spain, Poland, France, Italy, England, Denmark, Norway
Pot 2 (Ranked 8th to 14th): Scotland, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Germany, Finland
Pot 3 (Ranked 15th to 21st): Austria, Belgium, Wales, Iceland, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland
Pot 4 (Ranked 22nd to 28th): Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Latvia, Romania, North Macedonia, Ukraine
League B
Based on the 2025/26 European Women's U19 round 1 results, the 24 teams allocated to League B were divided into four draw pots as follows:
Pot 1 (Ranked 29th to 34th): Belarus, Türkiye, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Estonia
Pot 2 (Ranked 35th to 40th): Faroe Islands, Slovenia, Czechia, Montenegro, Luxembourg, Israel
Pot 3 (Ranked 41st to 46th): Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Lithuania, Malta, Albania, Cyprus
Pot 4 (Ranked 47th to 52nd): Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Moldova
Draw conditions
The following draw conditions applied:
a) Prohibited team clashes
The following "prohibited team clashes" as defined by the UEFA Executive Committee applied for the European Women's U19 round 2 draw:
Kosovo (League B, Pot 1) / Bosnia and Herzegovina (League B, Pot 3)
If a draw condition occurred, the team drawn was to be allocated to the first available group in numerical order and another team drawn to complete the position left free. Should this have been possible when drawing the last groups, the teams would have been drawn and assigned to the groups.
Draw procedure
League B
The 24 teams were drawn into six groups of four teams.
The draw started with League B Pot 1, which contained six balls. The drawn teams were assigned to the groups in ascending order from B1 to B6, except if a draw condition applied.
• A first ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B1;
• A second ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B2;
• A third ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B3;
• A fourth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B4;
• A fifth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B5;
• The sixth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group B6.
The draw continued with Pot 2, Pot 3 and Pot 4, and followed the same rules as described above for Pot 1.
League A
The 28 teams were drawn into seven groups of four teams.
The draw continued with League A Pot 1, which contained seven balls. The drawn teams were assigned to the groups in ascending order from A1 to A7, except if a draw condition applied.
• A first ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A1;
• A second ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A2;
• A third ball was drawn and the team assigned to group A3;
• A fourth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A4;
• A fifth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A5;
• A sixth ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A6;
• The seventh ball was drawn and the team assigned to Group A7.
The draw continued with Pot 2, Pot 3 and Pot 4 and followed the same rules as described above for Pot 1.
The seven League A group winners will qualify for the final tournament, which will take place as follows:
Final draw: 22 April 2026
Final tournament: 27 June – 10 July 2026
League and group formations for 2026/27 round 1
Teams are promoted and relegated for round 1 of the next edition of the competition based on the final group rankings from round 2. Final tournament matches are not taken into account.
• Promotion: the six group winners and the best runner-up from League B will be promoted to League A for round 1 of the next edition.
• Relegation: the seven teams placed fourth in their group in League A will be relegated to League B for round 1 of the next edition.
