Pick your Fantasy captain for Matchday 12
Highlights: Benfica 0-1 Barcelona

TUESDAY 11 MARCH

Raphinha (€7.7m) vs Benfica (H)

Now 15 points clear of his closest competitor when it comes to Fantasy points this season, Raphinha once again demonstrated his value on Matchday 11 by scoring the only goal of the game in ten-man Barcelona's triumph at Benfica. That is now nine goals and five assists for the Brazilian in the Champions League this season, an average of over ten points per appearance. Raphinha has earned 25 points in his two fixtures against Benfica alone, thanks to three goals – two from outside the box – and a Player of the Match award.

Lautaro Martínez (€9.4m) vs Feyenoord (H)

Something of a differential striker given that he features in less than 10% of teams at the time of writing, Martínez has been quietly performing in the Champions League with his Matchday 11 strike against Feyenoord his sixth of the European campaign, while his Player of the Match award was his third of the season. The Argentinian scored a hat-trick against Monaco in his last home game in the competition and in all competitions has six goals in his last five games at San Siro, where Inter face Feyenoord in the return leg on Matchday 12.

Other options: Robert Lewandowski (€9.6m), Mohamed Salah (€10.1m), Harry Kane (€10.7m)

Highlights: B. Dortmund 1-1 Lille

WEDNESDAY 12 MARCH

Karim Adeyemi (€7.3m) vs Lille (A)

One of the standout performers in Dortmund's first-leg draw with Lille in Germany, Adeyemi's fine opener extended his run of either scoring, providing an assist or winning a penalty in his last five Champions League starts. Indeed, that sequence began with a massive 23-point return against Celtic on Matchday 2, which remains the highest individual Fantasy score in 2024/25, and the German is averaging eight points per appearance in the competition this season. Those looking for a differential captain in Tuesday's fixtures may want to consider Adeyemi, who has scored in successive games for Dortmund.

Leandro Trossard (€7.0m) vs PSV Eindhoven (H)

If the second leg in London is anything like the first, then Fantasy managers who invest in Arsenal players could profit. While Mikel Arteta may be tempted to rotate given their 7-1 aggregate lead over PSV, injuries mean that he is limited somewhat when it comes to his attacking options. That could mean another start for Trossard, whose goal and three ball recoveries earned him eight points on Matchday 11. The Belgian also scored and recorded three assists during the Gunners' league phase campaign.

Other options: Serhou Guirassy (€8.2m), Vinícius Júnior (€11.2m), Morgan Rogers (€5.0m)
