The UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) Appeals Chamber has taken a decision in the case of the appeal by Beşiktaş JK (TUR) against the decision issued by the CFCB First Chamber on 28 May 2025.

Before the CFCB First Chamber, Beşiktaş JK was fined €900,000 for having breached the squad cost rule, having reported a squad cost ratio above 80% for 2024 (transitional threshold set for 2024).

The CFCB Appeals Chamber has now decided:

- to reject the appeal lodged by Beşiktaş JK.

- to confirm the decision of the CFCB First Chamber.
