UEFA has the pleasure to announce that it is inviting proposals from suitably qualified companies, ideally with experience working with sports properties, in relation to the creation of UEFA club competition branded Illustrative-based posters (Non photographic).

Even though the focus of the collection will have to be based on iconic moments of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League, there will be the opportunity for the selected partner to work on original designs to be approved on a case-by-case by UEFA.

The relevant available rights relate to Official licensed illustrative posters products for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League seasons 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.

UEFA has appointed TEAM Marketing AG (TEAM) as its exclusive marketing agency for the exploitation of certain media and commercial rights relating to men’s club competitions. TEAM is responsible, on behalf of UEFA, for overseeing the bidding process with regard to these competitions and will be the point of contact for bidders in relation to all requests for further information, comments, questions and submissions as well as in relation to any subsequent contractual negotiations.

In order to receive further information about the available licensing rights, interested parties must either send an email to licensing@team.ch, or contact Federico Bobbio, Licensing Manager at TEAM (+41 78 248 98 05) by no later than 10 July 2019.

UEFA EURO 2024 media rights go on market in host country Germany

UEFA has today announced that an invitation to tender (ITT) for the media rights to the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament will be issued for the German market on Tuesday 11 June. The date for the submission of bids by interested parties is set for Tuesday 9 July at 12:00CET.

The sales process will be administered on behalf of UEFA by CAA Eleven Sàrl. All enquiries in respect of the acquisition of the media rights to UEFA EURO 2024 should therefore be directed to CAA Eleven Sàrl at the following e-mail address: info@caa11.com.

UEFA EURO 2024™
The final tournament of UEFA EURO 2024TM will be the 17th edition of the competition and will be held in Germany, with twenty-four (24) participating national teams. The host country Germany is the most successful nation in the history of the tournament, alongside Spain, with three victories.

The host nation will qualify automatically with each of the remaining twenty-three (23) participating national teams qualifying via a preliminary qualifying competition.

This licensed product category includes but is not limited to:

• Prescription glasses
• Sunglasses
• Eyewear frames
• Eyewear accessories (hard and soft eyewear cases, cleaning cloths and wipes, eyewear straps and any other relevant agreed items).

The relevant available rights relate to Official Licensed Eyewear products for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League seasons 2019/2020 and 2020/21.

UEFA launches bidding process for official UEFA EURO 2020™ ‘Beer Partner’ packages

UEFA is today announcing it is inviting bids from suitable beer brands for national sponsorship rights across the 12 UEFA EURO 2020™ host countries.

UEFA EURO 2020™ is a unique tournament, taking place in 12 host countries to mark the 60th anniversary of the UEFA European Championship, and will bring the UEFA EURO to more people than ever before. For the beer category (including similar drinks such as cider), one ‘National Sponsor’ package is available in each of the 12 host nations.

In addition to mass-market brand exposure and relevant promotional opportunities, each successful bidder will have exclusive pouring rights* for the beer category in the relevant stadium (F&B concessions and Hospitality areas) and fan zone. Interested companies can also submit bids for multiple markets, offering a unique opportunity to create a package that specifically meets the needs and key markets of their relevant brands.

Expressions of interest are required by no later than 12:00CET on 8 April 2019, with offers across all markets to be submitted by no later than 17 May 2019. The tender documentation and/or any information regarding this UEFA EURO 2020™ ‘National Sponsor’ process can be requested at the following email address: sponsorship@caa11.com.

In order to receive the documentation, prospective bidders are requested to include the following initial information in their email:

UEFA launches bidding processes for official National Sponsorship packages for UEFA EURO 2020™

UEFA is pleased to announce the completion of the top- tier of the UEFA National Team Football sponsorship programme 2018–2022. This highest level of partnership includes rights to the 2019 and 2021 European Qualifiers, the 2019 and 2021 UEFA Nations League Finals, the 2019 and 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championships, UEFA Futsal EURO 2022 and the flagship UEFA EURO 2020™.

With Volkswagen, booking.com, Hisense, Alipay and Socar already confirmed, one other global partnership will be announced shortly ahead of the opening round of European Qualifier matches in March 2019.

UEFA EURO 2020™ is a unique tournament, taking place in 12 different countries to celebrate the UEFA European Football Championship’s’ 60th anniversary, bringing the UEFA EURO to more people than ever before.

These UEFA EURO 2020™ partnership opportunities are generally available with global marketing rights but, in a select group of product/service categories, rights will be available on a national basis in each of the respective host countries.

As such, UEFA is today announcing that it is inviting expressions of interest from suitable brands from the following product/service categories for UEFA EURO 2020™ National Sponsorship rights:

• Banking
• Insurance
• Telecommunications services and systems
• Human Resources / Recruitment services
• Rail
• Airlines

From the six product/service categories referred to above, a maximum of two National Sponsorship packages are available in each of the 12 markets. Prospective bidders may, however, also submit offers for one or more of the 12 host countries.

The bidding processes for these six product/service categories will formally open on 27 March, with expressions of interest required before this date. All offers must be submitted by no later than 10 May 2019.

UEFA launches commercial process for the UEFA EURO 2020 official online store

UEFA has the pleasure to announce that it is launching a tender for commercial rights in relation to the UEFA EURO 2020 official online store.

In order to receive further information about the licensing and online retail rights available, interested parties must send an email no later than 15 of February 2019 to licensing@caa11.com.

The interested parties are requested to include the following initial information in their e-mail:
- Company name;
- Details of any similar online stores that are currently being operated by the interested party.

The worldwide sales of all the rights in relation to the UEFA EURO 2020 official online store will be carried out by the marketing agency CAA Eleven on UEFA's behalf.

Proposals are invited from suitably qualified suppliers, ideally with experience working with sporting organisations, in relation to delivering a frequently published series of UEFA Champions League Magazines targeted at fans for seasons 2019/20 and 2020/21.

UEFA has appointed TEAM Marketing AG as its exclusive marketing agency for the exploitation of certain media and commercial rights relating to club competitions. TEAM is responsible, on behalf of UEFA, for overseeing the bidding process with regards to their respective competitions, and will be the point of contact for all bidders in relation to all requests for further information, comments, questions and submissions, and in relation to any subsequent contractual negotiations.

UEFA has the pleasure to announce that it is inviting proposals for the licensing category of Shaving Product inclusive of Razors, Replacement Razor Blades, Trimmers, Shaving Gel and Shaving Foam (but excluding Eau de Toilette and Aftershave Lotions) for the UEFA Champions League (UCL) for seasons 2019/20 and 2020/21.

Proposals are invited from suitably qualified suppliers, ideally with experience working with sports organisations, in relation to creating UCL branded products for the above mentioned category.

UEFA has appointed TEAM Marketing AG (TEAM) as its exclusive marketing agency for the exploitation of certain media and commercial rights relating to UEFA’s club competitions. TEAM will be the point of contact for all interested parties in relation to all requests for further information, questions and submissions.

UEFA officially launches tender process for UEFA EURO 2020™ Official Hospitality Sales Agents

UEFA is looking for hospitality sales agents to market the UEFA EURO 2020™ Official Hospitality Packages in territories outside of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

UEFA EURO 2020™ will be held in twelve (12) host cities across Europe in June and July 2020.

Out of the fifty-one (51) matches during UEFA EURO 2020™, seven (7), including the two semi-finals and the final, will be hosted at Wembley Stadium in London. The 11 other host cities will each stage four (4) matches (three group matches and one round of 16 or quarter-final). The opening match will be hosted in Rome.

UEFA is looking to provide corporations, businesses and individuals with a high quality and attractive hospitality offering at UEFA EURO 2020™ matches and wishes to select one or several company(ies) with whom to market and sell the UEFA EURO 2020™ Official Hospitality Packages in specific countries – outside of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The selected company(ies) will be responsible for marketing the UEFA EURO 2020™ Official Hospitality Packages on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis in its country/countries (Territory).

For such purposes, UEFA intends to organise a tendering process (“Tender”).

To apply, interested companies can complete appendix 1 of the Intention to Express Interest document (ITEI) and send it to hospitalityRFP@uefa.ch together with the requested information and documentation mentioned in point 4 of the ITEI.
