The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions some of which could potentially affect the attendance of supporters at UEFA matches:
Match: UECL FK Čukarički vs. ACF Fiorentina, 09.11.2023
Charges against FK Čukarički:
- Racist behaviour (team), Art. 14(2) of UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR)
Decision:
To fine FK Čukarički €5,000 and to order the partial stadium closure of the Gradski stadion Dubočica (i.e. sector W2) during the next UEFA competition match in which FK Čukarički will play as host club, for the racist behaviour of its supporters.

Match: UCL Manchester City FC vs. BSC Young Boys (3:0), 07.11.2023
Charges against BSC Young Boys:
- Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
- Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR
- Acts of damage, Art. 16(2)(f) DR
- Crowd disturbances, Art. 16(2)(h) DR
Decision:
To fine BSC Young Boys €10,000 and to ban BSC Young Boys from selling tickets to its away supporters for its next (1) UEFA competition match, for crowd disturbances. Said ban on selling tickets to away supporters is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
To fine BSC Young Boys €20,250 for lighting of fireworks.
To fine BSC Young Boys €3,000 for throwing of objects.
To fine BSC Young Boys €5,000 for acts of damage.
BSC Young Boys is ordered to contact Manchester City FC within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the broken seats and the damaged toilet blocks in the away sector.

Match: UEL AEK Athens FC vs. Olympique de Marseille (0:2), 09.11.2023
Charges against AEK Athens FC:
- Blocking of public passageways, Art. 38 SSR
- Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
- Repeated protests against or failure to comply with the referee's orders, (Assistant Coach, Mr. Panagiotis Kone Gkergki), Art. 15(1)(a)(iii) DR
Decision:
To fine AEK Athens FC €60,000 and to order the partial closure of AEK Athens FC’s stadium (i.e. the entire North stand) for the next (1) UEFA competition match it will play as host club, for lighting of fireworks. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
To fine AEK Athens FC €16,000 for blocking pf public passageways.
To suspend AEK Athens FC assistant coach, Mr. Panagiotis Kone Gkergki, for a total of one (1) UEFA club competition match in which he would otherwise participate for repeated protests against or failure to comply with the referee's orders. AEK Athens FC ensures that its assistant coach is personally informed of this decision.

Decision:
To fine Olympique de Marseille €80,000 for lighting of fireworks.

Match: UECL HJK Helsinki vs. Eintracht Frankfurt (0:1), 09.11.2023
Charges against Eintracht Frankfurt:
- Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR
- Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
Decision:
To fine Eintracht Frankfurt €30,000 and to ban Eintracht Frankfurt from selling tickets to its away supporters for its next (1) UEFA competition match, for lighting of fireworks and throwing of objects.

Match: UECL HJK Helsinki vs. Eintracht Frankfurt (0:1), 09.11.2023
Charges against HJK Helsinki:
- Blocking of public passageways, Art. 38 SSR
- Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
Decision:
To fine HJK Helsinki €30,000 and to order the partial closure of HJK Helsinki’s stadium (i.e. the home sector behind the goal, consisting of at least 2,000 seats) during the next UEFA competition match HJK Helsinki will play as host club, for lighting of fireworks. Said partial stadium closure is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
To fine HJK Helsinki €12,000 for blocking of public passageways.
