The UEFA Appeals Body will meet from 13.30 on 5 July to consider the Danish Football Association's (DBU) appeal against decisions taken in relation to the abandoned UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifier against Sweden in Copenhagen.
Punishment
Last Friday, UEFA's Control and Disciplinary Body awarded the 2 June match to Sweden by default, fined the DBU CHF100,000 (€61,000) and ordered them to stage their next four home UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifiers at least 250km from Copenhagen. These are the fixtures: against Liechtenstein (12 September), Spain (13 October), Latvia (17 October) and Iceland (21 November). The Liechtenstein tie will also have to be played behind closed doors.
