UEFA Europa League: FK Crvena zvezda v AC Milan

Following a disciplinary investigation conducted by a UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector, disciplinary proceedings have been opened in accordance with the Article 55 (1) (d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR), following the incidents which occurred during the UEFA Europa League Round of 32 match between FK Crvena zvezda and AC Milan (2-2), played on 18 February 2021 in Serbia.

Charges against FK Crvena zvezda:

- Racist behaviour - Art. 14(2) DR

- Provocative, offensive chanting - Art. 16(2)(e) DR

- Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol - Paragraphs 4, 6 and 17.1.7 of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol

The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) in due course.
