Terje Svendsen has been re-elected for a further two years as president of the Football Association of Norway (NFF).
Svendsen, who is 62 and built a career in banking and property, first took the helm of Norwegian football in 2016, and was re-elected by acclamation. He is a former chairman of Rosenborg Ballklub.
"We have two major challenges in Norwegian football," he said. "How to increase the expertise available for grassroots development, and nurturing more Norwegian players to reach a high international level."
The NFF president pledged greater attention to Norway's young talents and to develop high-quality coaches. Svendsen also said the development of robust and sustainable clubs was a key target, as well as the continuing modernisation of the NFF as an open and transparent organisation keeping pace with football's evolution.
