Article body
Easy for Vardar
Vardar were too strong for their newly-promoted opponents, and after the Brazilian Oliveira opened the scoring in the first half, Dragan Nacevski and Dimitar Spasovski rounded things off in the second.
Patience pays off
Three points were harder to come by for UEFA Cup qualifiers FK Belasica GC. They trailed FK Cementarnica FF until 25 minutes from the end of the match in Strumica. But two goals from Zoran Baldovaliev and another from Nikolce Tanusev sealed the home win after the visitors had led through a Zanko Savov strike.
Pobeda edge it
FK Pobeda joined Belasica on six points after Dejvi Glavevski's goal edged them past FK Pelister, the bottom club. Meanwhile, new boys FK Bregalnica Delcevo impressed as they beat FK Napredok 2-1, with Ljupce Ivanovski and Ljubisa Savic the men on target. Napredok's reply came from Blagoje Danevski on 26 minutes
Halting Jugomagnat
FK Sloga Jugomagnat were held 1-1 by FK Rabotnicki, the visitors securing a deserved point when Pance Ristevski equalised Goran Karadzova's goal for Sloga nine minutes from time.
Sileks surprise
Finally, FK Kumanovo stayed in second-bottom place after losing 1-0 at home to FK Sileks. Yugoslavian Sasa Jelovac was the difference between the sides.
