Tomislav Manojlovic has been named as the new coach of FK Radnicki Niš.

Two-year deal
The 57-year-old has signed a two-year contract with Radnicki to continue his long career in the Prva Savezna Liga. Manojlovic has spent the last 12 years coaching Yugoslavian top division sides FK Proleter, FK Rad and most recently FK Vojvodina.

European ambitions
"After winning promotion, Radnicki have devised an ambitious plan to achieve stability in the Prva Savezna Liga in the next two seasons and then try to qualify for European competitions," said Manojlovic. "The city of Nis [the second largest city in Yugoslavia] will cover completely our financial needs."

Youth policy
Setting up a new squad composed of younger players lies at the heart of Niš's long-term plans, and Manojlovic made it absolutely clear what his signing policy would be at the Gradski stadium. "We also decided to only sign players younger than 28," added the coach.
