The 20-year-old had a successful loan spell in Sweden this season, scoring ten goals in 24 Allsvenskan games for mid-table Göteborgs AIS. "We are delighted to welcome James to the town of Boras," said Elfsborg director Thomas Nyberg. Keene played twice for Portsmouth in the 2004/05 campaign. Also in Sweden, Malmö FF have landed Liberian centre-half Jimmy Dixon on a three-year contract from relegated BK Häcken. Dixon, 25, appeared 116 times for Häcken.
