Early opener
Vadim Kagramanov put the home side in front after eight minutes, but it was not until midway through the second half that they added to their tally. Andrey Bulanov scored a second after 59 minutes and Grigor Mkrtchian rounded off the scoring three minutes from time.
Game in hand
Karabakh stay second from bottom after 22 games, seven points clear of FC Lori, but move level on points with tenth-placed FC Kotaik. Both Lori and Kotaik have played 21 games, one less than Karabakh.
