Ivanov scores again
Dragan Ivanov opened the scoring for Kumanovo in the 35th minute to make it four goals in five games. Goran Neveselovski equalised for the visitors on the hour mark but Kumanovo’s Toni Eftimov hit the winner in the 68th minute.
Kostov penalty
Belasica moved into second spot in the table with a 1-0 home win over FK Napredok. The only goal of the game came courtesy of Vanco Kostov’s penalty in the 64th minute. Champions FK Sloga Jugomagnat drew 1-1 at home against FK Rabotnicki.
Missed chances
After a succession of missed opportunities from both sides, Kire Sterjov finally broke the deadlock for Rabotnicki in the 62nd minute. Refik Arif levelled matters nine minutes later but Rabotnicki nearly snatched victory in the dying seconds only to hit the post.
Lead given up
FK Vardar threw away a two-goal lead over visitors FK Pelister, with all the goals in a 2-2 draw coming in the first half. Risto Bozinov and Dejan Ristevski scored for Vardar in the first half hour but Vanco Micevski and Nikola Stisnioski scored in the space of two minutes to ensure a point for Pelister. Sunday’s final match between FK Sileks and FK Osogovo was postponed because of snow.
