Gil Vicente have therefore become the fith team in the 1.Liga to change coach this season, after CD Santa Clara (where Manuel Fernandes replaced Carlos Manuel), Salgueiros (Carlos Manuel for Vítor Manuel), SC Farense (Jorge Castelo for Alberto Pazos and Varzim SC (José Alberto Costa for Rogério Gonçalves).
