Newly-promoted Uralan Elista have signed experienced midfield player Andrei Gashkin from Russian rivals FC Torpedo Moscow.
Fifth signing
The 31-year-old is the fifth player to move to Uralan in the past few days after they signed four FC Spartak Moscow players earlier this week.
Contract expired
Gashkin, whose contract with Torpedo had expired, will join fellow newcomers Anton Monakhov, Oleg Kuzmin, German Lovchev and Aleksandr Schipkov at the club's pre-season training camp in Cyprus. Gashkin has signed a two-year contract with the Vysshaya Liga club.
