CU Bohemians Praha defender Martin Horak will be out of action for at least two months after being left unconscious in a clash with a team-mate during an indoor football tournament.
Left unconscious
Horak clashed heads with Miroslav Obermajer during a five-a-side match against SK Hradec Králové on Sunday and was left unconscious on the ground for three minutes.
Stopped breathing
While Obermajer made a quick recovery, Horak passed out and momentarily stopped breathing. Bohemians doctor Filip Svatos rushed on to revive the 21-year-old, who had also swallowed his tongue. Both men were then rushed to hospital.
Broken nose
Obermajer was diagnosed as suffering from lacerated wounds and concussion and as a result will be out for at least the next fortnight. Horak meanwhile suffered similar injuries, plus a broken nose, and is being kept in hospital for further checks.
