Having knocked out holders Liverpool FC on Sunday, Arsenal FC have been handed a home tie against either Gillingham FC or Bristol Rovers FC in the draw for the fifth round of the English FA Cup.
Firm favourites
Arsenal, conquerors of Liverpool in a 1-0 win at Highbury, will be firm favourites to make it through to the quarter finals after they avoided the likes of Tottenham Hotspur FC, Chelsea FC and Everton FC in Sunday's draw. The fourth-round match between their prospective opponents was postponed on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch.
Keegan to return
Newcastle United FC's reward for their 4-2 win against Peterborough United FC is a home match against first division Manchester City FC at St James' Park. The fixture sees City manager Kevin Keegan returning to the club he left at the end of the 1996/97 season.
Home tie
West Ham United FC or Chelsea, who must replay their fourth-round game after a 1-1 draw on Saturday, are paired with first division Preston North End FC, while Everton FC host Crewe Alexandra.
The FA Cup fifth round draw in full:
Tottenham Hotspur FC or Bolton Wanderers FC v Tranmere Rovers FC
Arsenal FC v Gillingham FC or Bristol Rovers FC
Chelsea FC or West Ham United FC v Preston North End FC
Middlesbrough FC v Blackburn Rovers FC
Newcastle United FC v Manchester City FC
Everton FC v Crewe Alexandra FC
Walsall FC v Fulham FC
West Bromwich Albion FC v Cheltenham Town FC
Ties will be played Saturday 16 February and Sunday 17 February.
