The former Czech Republic international Pavel Hapal has left SK Sigma Olomouc and joined the second division side SK Ceské Budéjovice.
No new contract
The 32-year-old striker spent most of last year in the reserves and had been notified that his contract would not be renewed at the end of the current season. "We have come to an agreement regarding the ending of Hapal's contract with the club," said Sigma sports director Panik Bhumil. "We respected his wishes and I think that we finished our partnership with dignity."
Career goals
Hapal, who has also played for Bayer 04 Leverkusen and CD Tenerife during his career, has played 181 games in the 1. liga and scored 56 goals.
