Yugoslavian international Borislav Stefanovic has committed his future to FK Rad by signing a new one-year deal with the Belgrade outfit.
Opportunity knocks
"Rad is the club of my life," the striker said. "I am very happy that I was given this opportunity to stay. I want the club to become stable so next year I can sign another six-year contract and end my career here."
Future imperfect
There had been a question mark against the 26-year-old's future after the club failed to renew his contract in September. A combination of financial and managerial problems at Rad left the former team captain without a professional contract and banished to the reserves.
National service
Stefanovic, a former Under-21 international, has played for his country twice at senior level.
