AS Monaco FC's injury-plagued season continued on Monday with the news that forward Dado Prso will have to undergo surgery to cure a persistent knee cartilage problem.
More bad news
Prso, who is suffering from chronic arthritis in the knee, will undergo a check-up in Strasbourg with a view to having surgery which would keep him out of action for the rest of the season. After injuries sustained by Ludovic Giuly (knee) and goalkeeper Flavio Roma (shoulder), this is another blow for the principality club.
