Slavia and Teplice book their places

SK Slavia Praha and FK Teplice booked their places in the Czech Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday after victories over SK Hradec Králové and CU Bohemians Praha respectively.

Coach more than happy
Goals from Lukas Dosek, Tomáš Dosek and Adam Petrous sealed Slavia's place and left coach Miroslav Beranek more than happy with his side. "I am delighted that we advanced to next round," he said. "I was satisfied with our play and with the performances of our new players."

Tough time
Teplice had a far tougher time of it and needed a 58th-minute strike from Ludek Zelenka to finally end Bohemians' resistence. "This was a very good game and I am happy that we did not concede a goal for the third game in a row," said Teplice coach Frantisek Cipro.
