Honours even
Two goals in the first half saw honours shared at Saint Julian's Road where Omagh came from behind to earn a valuable point. Midfield player Keith Mulvenna had given Cliftonville a 24th-minute lead before Barry Patton levelled for the home side ten minutes later.

Stalemate at the Oval
In the Irish Cup, Glentoran FC face a replay against Portadown FC on Tuesday night to decide which side earns a place in the semi-finals after a 1-1 draw at the Oval. Darren Armour opened the scoring for Glentoran after just eight minutes, pouncing on an error by Peter McCann, but a mistake by Glentoran goalkeeper Alan Gough allowed Dean Fitzgerald to score a 79th-minute equaliser for Portadown.

Coleraine triumph
The two sides will be battling for the right to play Coleraine FC in the semi-finals after they beat Dungannon Swifts FC 2-0 with both goals coming from Michael McHugh. He deflected home a Sean Armstrong shot for his first after 20 minutes, and added a second after 69 minutes from a Stephen Beatty corner.

Joy for Killyleagh
The other semi-final will be between champions Linfield FC and Killyleagh YC. Damien Kelly scored the only goal in Killyleagh's 1-0 win at Ballyclare Comrades FC, while Linfield had few problems in disposing of Premier Division strugglers Glenavon FC in a 3-0 victory at Windsor Park.

Morgan hat-trick for Linfield
The in-form Chris Morgan scored a hat-trick, opening the scoring in the 15th minute when he headed in a Tony Gorman cross at the near post and adding a second from a Stephen Collier through-ball eight minutes into the second half. Morgan swept home his third on 75 minutes after Glenn Ferguson had nodded Mark Picking's cross into this path.
