NK Olimpija Ljubljana's 1. SNL title hopes were dealt a severe blow this afternoon as they were beaten 4-0 by a rampant NK Mura.
Olimpija stunned
Two goals on the stroke of half-time stunned Olimpija as Alan Mesaric and Diego Romero netted within seconds of each other. Franc Cifer made it 3-0 ten minutes into the second half and Marjan Dominko completed the rout in the 66th minute.
Still third
Olimpija stay third, five points behind the leaders NK Maribor. Mura stay fifth although they have closed the gap on the leading clubs.
